How do I check the status of my order?

Every order placed in is provided with a unique order number. Your order number will be sent through email as soon as you place the order, along with the sales invoice. Regular email updates will be sent regarding the status of your order

Will I get a refund if the wrong card is delivered?

If you find that the wrong Gift Card has been delivered to you, contact us immediately in order to get the issue resolved. You can return the entire package (with the Gift Card intact & unused) within a period of seven days in order to get replacement. We have a no-refund policy whatsoever. You should notify us immediately if you find that the delivered package has been tampered with or soiled in any way so that it can be replaced.

Can I get my parcel refund in case of cancellation of order or product rerun?

You can get a gift refund in the form of a gift card of the same value. If you have paid any additional amount paid by CC, DC or Net banking that amount can be returned but any payment done through gift card shall be returned to you through Gift card.
