We do not accept return, however, we give lifetime free alterations if you're not satisfied with the stitching. But if our tailors make a mistake, you can either claim a 100% refund or ask us to remake your product by buying the same fabric. We would be glad to do that.
You will have to bear the pick up and delivery charges. Pick-up and delivery charges will be calculated based on the city you stay in as the cost will vary depending on your location.
No, once you have worn the garment, you cannot return it. But, if you are dissatisfied with the stitching quality or our tailoring service after wearing it around for a day, you can avail of our free lifetime alteration service.
After receiving your courier, it takes approximately 3-5 business days to initiate the refund. The total time depends on how quickly we obtain your courier.

We accept and pick-up the product for lifetime free alterations. There are different ways we handle this based on your location. You can raise a ticket on the app and submit the form. Our delivery partner will pick your outfit from your doorstep based on your details. For some cities, you will have to courier the outfit to us at the same centre where you got the outfit stitched from. When you raise an alteration request, we will provide you with the centre's address. You can also try your outfit right after you receive it from our in-house delivery partner. If you want some stitching changes after that, you can return your outfit to the same guy. He will raise the ticket for you. You can also visit your closest CloudTailor Fashion Centre.
